## Ami: the AI agent AiSDR rebuilt its pitch around

In September 2026 AiSDR launched Ami, an AI GTM agent that is now the product's headline: give it your website URL and about 20 minutes, and it researches your business, proposes a target audience and messaging angle, and launches an email/LinkedIn campaign — then keeps monitoring results and adjusting rather than stopping once the campaign is live. A self-serve Solo plan ($250/month, no sales call required) launched alongside it. This is a real repositioning from AiSDR's 2023 YC debut, which pitched itself more directly as SDR replacement software; the current framing targets founders and small teams who don't already know what a good outbound campaign looks like. The agent's judgment, per AiSDR, draws on 17,150 campaigns and 2,546,096 emails the company has run for customers since 2023.

## Pricing: a real self-serve tier, with a quarterly catch on the two above it

Three plans, checked on AiSDR's pricing page on 12 October 2026: Solo at $250/month (1 user, 200 AI-researched contacts/month, 1 domain/3 mailboxes, billed monthly, cancel anytime); Explore at $900/month (unlimited users, 800 contacts/month, 2 domains/6 mailboxes/5 LinkedIn accounts); and Scale at $2,500/month (unlimited users, 2,500 contacts/month, 6 domains/18 mailboxes/20 LinkedIn accounts). There's no published custom/'Enterprise' tier any more — Scale is the top of the public ladder. The catch: 'cancel anytime' billing only applies to Solo. Explore and Scale are sold on a quarterly commitment; AiSDR's stated reasoning is that mailbox warmup and campaign tuning take roughly six weeks to show real results. YC-backed companies get a 50% discount, per AiSDR's own launch announcement. A buyer choosing Explore or Scale should budget for a full quarter, not a month, before they can walk away.

## Two different performance numbers, both from AiSDR itself

AiSDR's homepage displays real-time, rolling 30-day engagement stats — checked 12 October 2026, it showed a 26.6% email reply rate, a ~11.8% positive response rate, a 28% reply-to-demo rate, and a 78.95% LinkedIn connection rate. Its own YC launch post from a month earlier (9 September 2026) gives a very different figure for what a typical customer sees: 'medians across our customer case studies' of a 4.92% email response rate, a 1.02% positive email response rate, and a 0.54% meeting-booked rate, with 6–10 meetings per 1,000 leads contacted. AiSDR doesn't reconcile the two sets of numbers on its site; they may reflect different customer segments or a rolling stat skewed by strong recent campaigns. A buyer sizing expectations should treat the homepage banner as a snapshot that updates daily, and use the published median as the more honest planning number.

## The logos are prospects reached, not customers

AiSDR's homepage and its Ami page both show a scrolling row of recognizable names — Google, Microsoft, Zendesk, Pfizer, Uber, Airbnb, Disney, Netflix, Cisco, and others — under headings like 'This email booked meetings with' and 'Ami books meetings with companies like.' Read carefully, these are companies whose employees were reached and booked a meeting by an AiSDR customer's campaign, not AiSDR's own customer list. AiSDR's actual customers, visible through its published case studies, are smaller companies: Medisafe (digital health), ESL language schools, a membership-sales business called 'until,' bina.school, and an anonymous Fortune 500 case study. The company reports 1,150 customer accounts and 'Trusted by 250+ companies' elsewhere on its site, which is a believable scale for that customer profile.

## Who built it, and how much they disclose

AiSDR is built by brothers Yuriy and Oleg Zaremba, who previously built and sold AXDRAFT, a contract-automation company, to Onit Inc. in 2020 — their first YC company (W19). AiSDR is their second, backed by Y Combinator's Summer 2023 batch and listed as 'Active' in YC's company directory. YC's profile lists a team of 34 based in San Francisco; AiSDR's own September 2026 launch post describes a team of 35 working across the US, Ukraine, and Poland. AiSDR raised €2.7 million (about $3.0 million) in seed funding, reported by Silicon Canals in November 2023; we found no later funding round. On security, AiSDR runs a real, Vanta-powered trust center (trust.aisdr.com) listing a SOC 2 Type 2 report, GDPR, CCPA, Data Privacy Framework, and UK ICO documentation available on request, plus a public subprocessor list (AWS, Datadog, Slack, HubSpot, and others) — a level of disclosure most listings in this index don't offer.
