_ClineFlow, AgentMail and Automater let you take your data out in full, while UI Discovery, AgentQL, Arcmira and Wash Bodega do so only in part._

## The short answer

The tools that let you leave with everything keep your data where you already control it: [ClineFlow](/clineflow) stores project memory as ordinary text files in your own repository, [AgentMail](/agentmail) opens every inbox to any standard mail client, and [Automater](/automater)'s session archive is a local file on your own disk. ClineFlow is free, AgentMail's paid plan is $20 a month and Automater Pro is $50 a year.

[UI Discovery](/uidiscovery), [AgentQL](/agentql) and [Arcmira](/arcmira) hand back part of your work, such as exported boards, query results in your own systems or monitors read through the API, and their paid plans start at $15 a month, $99 a month and $20 a month.

We checked the published prices of 5 of these 7 tools and answered 26 questions about what they do, each on the vendor's own pages, between 27 August 2026 and 20 October 2026. On 23 October 2026 we listed 342 tools: 84 of them under Agent Tools & Integrations, 158 with a free plan and 18 confirmed for Take your data out.

- ClineFlow, AgentMail and Automater are the 3 of the 7 that answered yes to taking your data out, because the data already sits in your repository, in any standard mail client or on your own disk.
- UI Discovery, AgentQL, Arcmira and Wash Bodega give back only part of your data: saved boards, query results in your own systems, your monitors through the API, and for Wash Bodega correction or deletion on request with no download of your records.
- UI Discovery, ClineFlow, AgentMail, AgentQL, Automater and Arcmira each have a free plan, 6 of the 7.
- AgentQL has the dearest entry plan, at $99 a month, against a median entry plan of $20 a month.
- Take your data out is rare across the directory: 18 of the 342 tools we listed on 23 October 2026 are confirmed for it, with 84 of them under Agent Tools & Integrations.

## The picks

### 1. [UI Discovery](/uidiscovery)

**Best for feeding UI references to AI assistants:** Designers and developers who build with an AI assistant get a hosted MCP server over 111,083+ real UI screens and patterns, and their saved boards export from the browser.

- **Price:** $15 a month
- **Free plan:** yes
- **Who it's for:** Designers and developers who want Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT to search real website and app sections while it builds.
- **Skip it if:** You need a full account export when you leave, since no account-wide export is documented and bulk library export is prohibited; ClineFlow and Automater keep everything on your own machine.

UI Discovery is a library of 111,083+ curated screens and patterns from 2,647 marketing sites and 3,836 iOS apps, each with an extracted color palette and fonts. Your assistant reaches it through a hosted MCP server with search, compare, handoff and token tools, or through a documented public API. Connecting means pasting one address into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor.

The Free plan covers browsing the full library, 3 full designs a day and 200 API requests a day. Pro costs $15 a month and Team $39 a month, both bought straight from the pricing page through Stripe checkout. Plans are flat per account, and multi-seat workspaces are not sold yet.

On leaving, saved boards export from the browser and the catalog reads back over the API, but no account-wide export is documented. Daily counters are deleted after 90 days, and account data is kept until you ask for deletion. Beside ClineFlow and Automater, which keep your data on your own disk, it is a hosted service whose terms warn that endpoints and limits may change.

**What it does well**

- A hosted MCP server comes with setup snippets for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and VS Code.
- The Free plan includes 200 API or MCP requests a day.
- Pro costs $15 a month and is bought straight from the pricing page.
- Palettes and fonts are extracted from any site, app or section in the 111,083-reference catalog.

**Where it falls short**

- Taking your data out is partial: saved boards export, but no account-wide export is documented and bulk library export is prohibited.
- There is no uptime commitment, and the terms warn that endpoints and limits may change.
- The terms name a single individual as the operator, with support handled from a Gmail address.

### 2. [ClineFlow](/clineflow)

**Best for teams sharing memory across coding agents:** Teams running several coding agents on one repository keep their shared project memory as plain Markdown files in their own Git history, so leaving needs no export step.

- **Price:** Free
- **Free plan:** yes
- **Who it's for:** Developers and small teams running more than one AI coding agent against the same repository.
- **Skip it if:** You want a hosted app or an API to call, since it has no web app and no public API; Arcmira offers both.

ClineFlow installs in one step, by pasting a prompt to your coding agent or running the published command from the project folder. It writes the same instruction block into the config files of Cline, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot and Windsurf. Compact ledgers hold goals, specification, verification, last session and timeline, and each substantial task gets its own Engineering Journal.

The knowledge is ordinary Markdown in your repository, reports survive removal of the tooling, and a dashboard export command exists. Every closed task publishes an immutable update record, and the whole change set is committed to Git. Retention follows your own Git history, and the optional dashboard has a configurable report retention limit.

It is distributed under an open-source license from a public repository, with no account or hosted service in the path. It coordinates several agents by giving each its own journal stream. The project is young: the repository was created 8 November 2025, and its own test suite on the main branch reported failures as of 7 September 2026.

**What it does well**

- Your project memory is ordinary Markdown in your own repository, and its reports stay after the tooling is removed.
- Every closed task leaves an immutable update record committed to Git.
- One instruction block serves Cline, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot and Windsurf.
- Each agent writes its own journal stream, so several agents can work on one project.

**Where it falls short**

- There is no hosted web app; the only view is an optional local report opened from your file system.
- Installation needs Git plus curl or wget, and lifecycle work runs shell scripts in a project directory.
- It is effectively a one-person project, and its own test suite on main reported failures as of 7 September 2026.

### 3. [AgentMail](/agentmail)

**Best for agents that read and answer email:** Developers whose agents read and answer email get an inbox per agent, and every message reads out through any standard email client or as raw messages over the API.

- **Price:** $20 a month
- **Free plan:** yes
- **Who it's for:** Developers building AI agents that need to read, reply to and organize email threads.
- **Skip it if:** Nobody on the team writes code, since most documented workflows assume developer code; Arcmira runs entirely from the website and plain requests to an assistant.

AgentMail is an email inbox API: each agent gets its own address, threaded conversations and attachments. Signed webhooks and WebSockets report messages received, sent, delivered and bounced on every plan, and a hosted MCP server works in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.

The Free plan runs indefinitely with 3 inboxes and 3,000 emails a month. Developer costs $20 a month and Startup $200 a month, both bought in the console through Stripe Checkout. Developer brings 10 inboxes and 10,000 emails a month.

Mail reads out through standard email protocols with any client, and the API returns raw messages, attachments and thread listings. AgentMail completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC 2) Type II audit in 2025, and the report is a Startup-plan feature. AgentQL and Arcmira return results you keep yourself, while AgentMail holds the mail, which is why its full read-out matters.

**What it does well**

- All mail reads out through any standard email client, and the API returns raw messages and attachments.
- The Free plan includes 3 inboxes and 3,000 emails a month.
- Signed webhooks and a hosted MCP server come on every plan.
- A System and Organization Controls (SOC 2) Type II audit was completed in 2025.

**Where it falls short**

- Most documented workflows assume developer code, even though the console and MCP server serve non-developers.
- The next step up from Developer is Startup, at $200 a month.
- Company single sign-on and European-region hosting are Enterprise-only and go through sales.

### 4. [AgentQL](/agentql)

**Best for pulling structured data from changing sites:** Developers scraping sites whose markup keeps changing get queries that describe the data rather than the page, with structured results landing in their own systems and output rights assigned to them.

- **Price:** $99 a month
- **Free plan:** yes
- **Who it's for:** Developers who need web and document data extraction that keeps working across changing sites.
- **Skip it if:** You want to export a stored account history, since no stored-account export tool is documented; ClineFlow, AgentMail and Automater answer yes on taking your data out.

AgentQL lets you write the fields you want and matches them against the page, so the same query keeps working after a site's markup changes. It offers a public API for web pages and documents, available on every plan, and an MCP server for Claude, Cursor, Windsurf and Goose.

The Starter plan is free with 50 API calls a month and 10 remote browser hours, plus a 300-call allowance on signup. Professional costs $99 a month with 10,000 API calls a month included. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be stopped from account settings with no termination fee stated.

Results land in your own systems and the terms assign output rights to you, but no stored-account export tool is documented. Its maker TinyFish raised $47,000,000 in August 2025, and its site and blog now center on a newer product suite.

**What it does well**

- Queries describe the data, so they keep working when a site's markup changes.
- The free Starter plan carries 50 API calls a month and 10 remote browser hours.
- Output rights are assigned to you, and results land in your own systems.
- Monthly subscriptions stop from account settings.

**Where it falls short**

- Its $99 a month entry plan is the dearest.
- There is no uptime promise, and the terms disclaim uninterrupted service.
- Use without code runs only through third-party platforms such as Zapier and Dify.

### 5. [Wash Bodega](/washbodega)

**Best for Houston households ordering laundry by assistant:** Southwest Houston households can let an approved Claude or ChatGPT request a pickup for the next day, then disconnect that assistant and ask for deletion of their records.

- **Price:** From $1.09
- **Free plan:** no
- **Who it's for:** Southwest Houston households wanting laundry an AI assistant can look up and request.
- **Skip it if:** You want a copy of your own records when you leave, since no download or export is offered; AgentMail and Automater answer yes on taking your data out.

Wash Bodega is a Houston laundromat with drop-off wash and fold, pickup and delivery, and self-service machines. A public MCP server gives any agent prices, hours, location and pickup policy in English and Spanish. A second server, behind your own sign-in, lets an assistant you approve request a pickup, check its status and cancel it.

Wash & Go costs $19.99 up to 20 lb from Monday to Thursday, with $1.09 per additional pound, and $1.09 per lb for the full order from Friday to Sunday. Pickup and delivery is $1.69 per lb with a 15 lb minimum. Staff review every approved pickup request before it becomes an order.

On leaving, you can see and disconnect assistants and ask for correction or deletion, but no download or export of your records is offered and some are kept regardless. The access an assistant gets excludes your name, phone, email and payment details.

**What it does well**

- An approved assistant can request a pickup for the next day, check its status and cancel it.
- An approved assistant can request a next-day pickup, check its status and cancel it, and the customer can revoke that assistant at any time from their own account page.
- Pickup and delivery are free, with orders at $1.69 per lb.
- Disconnecting an assistant immediately stops its tokens from working.

**Where it falls short**

- There is no download or export of your own records, and some records are kept regardless.
- There is no free tier; every service carries a published charge.
- Addresses outside the core coverage area go through a staff review step before a pickup is confirmed.

### 6. [Automater](/automater)

**Best for keeping AI coding sessions on your disk:** Developers who want their AI coding sessions kept on their own disk get an archive that is a local file and stays put when they cancel or uninstall the paid tier.

- **Price:** $50 a year
- **Free plan:** yes
- **Who it's for:** Developers who want one place to track AI-agent sessions across many tools.
- **Skip it if:** You want to work in a browser or connect other software through an API, since it is a native desktop install with no public API; Arcmira offers both.

Automater is a desktop tray app for Windows, Apple Silicon macOS and Linux that reads the session files AI coding tools already write and normalizes them into one local, searchable library. Automater says it stores sessions from 9 providers and shows live activity across 11 command-line tools and 45 session formats.

Automater Lite is a standing free product with no time limit, and setup is an installer and a tray icon with no account. Automater Pro costs $50 a year, billed annually, with an introductory $15 for the first year. It adds chat and computer control from the tray, managed sessions and a Fleet view across machines.

The library stays on your disk whether or not you pay, so there is no export step. Telemetry and scheduled backup each have an off switch, though you cannot set a retention period. The product is new, with its first production release on 28 August 2026.

**What it does well**

- The session library is a local file on your own disk that stays put when you cancel or uninstall.
- Automater Lite is a standing free product.
- Automater Pro costs $50 a year, with $15 for the first year.
- One usage meter tracks consumption across 9 providers.

**Where it falls short**

- It is desktop only, with no browser app and no public API.
- Automater Pro is prepaid for a year, and when you cancel, access runs to the end of the paid period.
- Its first production release came on 28 August 2026.

### 7. [Arcmira](/arcmira)

**Best for researchers quoting podcasts and YouTube:** Researchers who quote podcasts and YouTube get spoken-word search with timestamped source links, and their own monitors, trackers and alerts read back through the API.

- **Price:** $20 a month
- **Free plan:** yes; 7-day free trial
- **Who it's for:** Researchers who need sourced quotes from podcasts and YouTube conversations.
- **Skip it if:** You want to take the underlying transcripts with you, since the terms forbid bulk extraction without a separate written license; ClineFlow and Automater keep everything on your own machine.

Arcmira indexes podcasts and long-form YouTube and searches the spoken words; each result carries the transcript text, channel, publication date and a timestamped watch link. Monitors follow a company, person, competitor or topic and alert through Slack, email or webhook when new mentions appear. A remote MCP server works in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and ChatGPT on every plan.

The Free plan gives 1,000 credits a month with the API and MCP server and no card, but withholds the newest 30 days of media. Pro costs $20 a month with 20,000 credits, and there is a 7-day free trial. Every plan includes a team that shares one credit balance.

Your own monitors, trackers and alerts read back through the API, and the command-line tool prints raw output, but bulk extraction of Arcmira's data needs a separate written license. Company single sign-on is included at no cost on every plan. It runs only as a hosted service, with no on-premise option.

**What it does well**

- Search runs on the spoken words and returns timestamped watch links.
- The Free plan includes the API and MCP server with 1,000 credits a month.
- Company single sign-on is included at no cost on every plan.
- Your monitors, trackers and alerts read back through the API.

**Where it falls short**

- Bulk extraction of Arcmira's data is forbidden without a separate written license.
- The Free plan withholds the newest 30 days of media.
- No uptime figure or service credit is published, and Enterprise offers priority support instead.

## Which one to pick

- **If you need nothing to export at all, because the knowledge already sits as files in your own repository:** pick [ClineFlow](/clineflow). ClineFlow keeps its knowledge as ordinary text files in your repository, and its reports survive removing the tooling. It is open source and has a free plan.
- **If you need your agents' email readable in any standard mail client, starting on a free plan with no card:** pick [AgentMail](/agentmail). AgentMail mail reads out through any standard mail client, and its API returns raw messages, attachments and thread listings. Its Free plan needs no card, so an agent gets a working inbox before any payment method exists.
- **If you need your AI session history to stay a local file whether or not you pay:** pick [Automater](/automater). Automater's archive is a local file on your own disk that stays put when you cancel or uninstall the paid tier. It has a free plan, and Pro costs $50 a year.
- **If you need web data delivered into your own systems as JSON through a public API:** pick [AgentQL](/agentql). AgentQL query results land in your own systems, and its terms assign the output rights to you. The public API is available on every plan, with the Professional plan at $99 a month.
- **If your whole team signs in through one company login and you need monitors you can read back:** pick [Arcmira](/arcmira). Arcmira includes single sign-on (SSO) at no cost on every plan, with an option to require it for a verified domain. Your monitors, trackers and alerts read back through the API, and Pro is $20 a month.
- **If you need real UI references inside your assistant, with a free plan and boards you can export:** pick [UI Discovery](/uidiscovery). UI Discovery's hosted MCP server brings its UI references into assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Saved boards export from your browser, and there is a free plan.

## How we ranked

We compared 7 tools on price, free plan and 3 questions a buyer asks, reading each vendor's pricing page and product pages between 27 August 2026 and 20 October 2026. We did not sign up for or run any of them. The product we could confirm most about comes first. The median, the cheapest and the dearest plan are taken over the 4 picks priced in US dollars a month, so their prices compare directly.

## Questions buyers ask

### Which AI agent tools let me export all my data when I leave?

[ClineFlow](/clineflow), [AgentMail](/agentmail) and [Automater](/automater) do, the 3 of the 7 that answered yes. ClineFlow's knowledge is ordinary text files in your repository, and it also has a dashboard export command. AgentMail opens to any standard mail client and returns raw messages, attachments and thread listings through its API. Automater's archive is a local file on your own disk.

### What happens to my Automater session library if I stop paying?

It stays on your disk, because the archive is a local file that remains after you cancel or uninstall the paid tier, with no export step. What you give up is what Pro adds: chat and computer control from the tray, managed sessions, the Fleet view and cloud voice, while local dictation stays free. Pro is $50 a year, with an introductory $15 for the first year.

### Can I get my AgentMail inbox out with a normal email client?

Yes. [AgentMail](/agentmail) mail is readable through standard Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) with any client. Its API also returns raw messages, attachments and thread listings, so you are not tied to the console.

### What can I take with me from UI Discovery, AgentQL and Arcmira?

You get part of your work from each. [UI Discovery](/uidiscovery) lets you export saved boards in the browser and read the catalog back over the API, but documents no account-wide export and prohibits bulk library export. [AgentQL](/agentql) results land in your own systems and the terms assign the output rights to you, though no export of what the account stores is documented. [Arcmira](/arcmira) returns your monitors, trackers and alerts through the API and its command-line tool, while its terms forbid bulk extraction of Arcmira's own data without a separate written license.

### Which of these tools have a free plan?

[UI Discovery](/uidiscovery), [ClineFlow](/clineflow), [AgentMail](/agentmail), [AgentQL](/agentql), [Automater](/automater) and [Arcmira](/arcmira) have a free plan, 6 of the 7. [Wash Bodega](/washbodega) is the one without a free plan.

### How much do these agent tools cost to start?

The median entry plan is $20 a month, and [AgentQL](/agentql) has the dearest at $99 a month. [UI Discovery](/uidiscovery)'s Pro plan is $15 a month, and [AgentMail](/agentmail)'s Developer plan and [Arcmira](/arcmira)'s Pro plan are $20 a month each. AgentQL's Professional plan at $99 a month sits above a free Starter plan.

### Can I cancel these tools any time?

Mostly: 5 of the 7 answered yes to cancel any time. [Automater](/automater) can be ended in the Stripe portal at any time with no fee, but Pro is prepaid for a year and access runs to the end of that period. [Wash Bodega](/washbodega) sells walk-in and drop-off work one order at a time, while business terms are set in a quote the vendor says is not fixed.

### Will these tools train AI models on my data?

[Arcmira](/arcmira)'s privacy policy rules out training generalized models on private account data, though usage records are kept to improve the service. [Automater](/automater) uses cloud voice audio only to serve the request and keeps content out of telemetry, but no page commits to keeping customer data out of model training. [ClineFlow](/clineflow) sends nothing anywhere itself, yet the coding agent you use reads its knowledge, and the vendor publishes no training policy of its own.
