_superbot runs errands, admin and scheduled tasks on your computer, free to start with paid credit plans, for busy people, but promises no uptime._

## Our verdict

From your own iPhone number, [superbot](/superbot) calls a business and reports back what it said, and it also fills in forms, orders food and builds spreadsheets and decks from a plain-sentence request. It suits people who want that work done for them, since an instruction described once in plain words keeps running while nobody watches.

Computer use stays off until you allow it per chat or always, and the Plus plan costs $20 a month with 22,000 credits. The trade-off to weigh is privacy: product telemetry keeps the prompt and reply of every turn for 180 days, with no setting that turns chat text off.

**Best for errands and admin run on a schedule:** For people who want routine errands handled for them, superbot runs standing instructions on a schedule and keeps working while nobody watches, from a desktop and phone app you drive with plain sentences.

We checked the published prices of these 5 tools and answered 25 questions about what they do, each on the vendor's own pages, between 21 October 2026 and 23 October 2026.

- superbot's Plus plan costs $20 a month with 22,000 credits, and past that allowance it bills $1 per 1,000 credits.
- superbot's computer use starts at Off and asks with a reason before it touches your screen, and each caller key it mints is limited to chosen scopes, models and a spend cap.
- superbot puts your own provider keys and any OpenAI or Anthropic compatible endpoint behind one gateway address, and calls that run on your own keys spend no superbot credits.
- superbot keeps the prompt and reply of every turn in product telemetry for 180 days, has no setting that turns off chat text and makes no uptime commitment.
- superbot has a free plan, as do ChatGPT, Claude, Manus and Perplexity: all 5 have one.

## What superbot does

superbot does the errands a person does by hand. It orders food, works the sites you are signed into using sessions read from your own browsers, fills in forms and builds a spreadsheet, document or deck from a spec. It can also call a business and report back what they said. Calls and texts go out from your own iPhone number through a paired Mac, each one asks you first, and the same number is dialed at most once in 24 hours.

The repeating half is an automation: you describe a task once in plain words, such as a weekday summary of your inbox, then list, pause, change or delete it. Standing instructions run on a schedule and keep working while nobody watches. Super mode sends one message to a team of agents that run in parallel on the subscriptions you connected, and each agent reports its own cost.

Computer use is set to Off, Ask or Always, and it starts at Off. When a task needs your screen, the agent asks to turn it on and gives a reason, and you choose Allow in this chat, Always allow or Not now. It never types into a password field. The Helper reads browser cookies, saved logins from password managers and browsers, and Secure Shell (SSH) keys after you allow each of them.

The same account carries a relay: one gateway address serves your [Claude](/claude), [ChatGPT](/chatgpt) and Gemini sign-ins, your provider keys and any OpenAI or Anthropic compatible endpoint to other tools behind a single caller key, with per-person limits. The gateway speaks the OpenAI and Anthropic dialects, with a limit of 1,200 requests a minute per key. Every routed call is logged with app, model, account, tokens and status, and a team's audit log is exportable over the API. Any MCP client can reach a hosted connector that exposes a superbot tool, and your own MCP servers can be reached remotely through the relay.

## Pricing

- **Price:** $20 a month
- **Free plan:** yes

superbot's entry paid plan, Plus, costs $20 a month and carries 22,000 credits a month. Yearly billing takes Plus to $16.67 a month, billed $200. Monthly plans carry no term and no fee, and when you cancel you keep the period already paid for. The Free plan costs nothing and carries 10,000 credits a month refilled on the first, and only the optional 7-day Pro trial takes a card.

Pro costs $100 a month with 120,000 credits, Max $200 a month with 270,000 credits, and Teams $24 a seat a month, or $19 billed yearly, with 30,000 credits a seat, pooled. Past the allowance, Plus and Teams bill $1 per 1,000 credits, Pro $0.90 and Max $0.80. Credit packs from $5 to $1,000 never expire, while plan credits reset on the first of the month. Calls that run on your own API keys spend no superbot credits.

## Who it's for

People who want errands, admin and recurring tasks run for them on every device, described once in plain words and then repeated on a schedule.

**Who should look elsewhere:** Teams that need an uptime commitment should look elsewhere, since the terms disclaim uninterrupted service and let beta features such as cloud agents be withdrawn at any time, and so should buyers who need every prompt kept out of storage, since product telemetry keeps each prompt and reply for 180 days.

- **If you need recurring errands and admin run for you on a schedule:** superbot runs standing instructions on a schedule and keeps working while nobody watches, from a weekday summary of your inbox to calls and form filling, and it is built for people who want that work run for them.
- **If you need the agent to ask before it acts on your computer:** Computer use starts at Off, and superbot asks with a reason each time a task needs your screen, offering Allow in this chat, Always allow or Not now. Each caller key can also be held to chosen scopes, models and a spend cap.
- **If you need your own model keys and AI subscriptions behind one address:** superbot routes any model id your subscriptions, provider keys or custom endpoints carry through one base address with per-person limits, and calls on your own keys spend no credits.
- **If you need to start free without entering a card:** superbot has a free plan, and neither the browser chat nor the Free plan asks for a card. Free carries 10,000 credits a month, refilled on the first.
- **If you need a written uptime promise:** look elsewhere. superbot makes no uptime commitment: its terms disclaim uninterrupted service, and beta features, including cloud agents, can be withdrawn at any time.
- **If you need chat text deleted on your own schedule:** look elsewhere. superbot's product telemetry stores the prompt and reply of every turn for 180 days and has no setting that turns off chat text. Incognito keys and a team's zero data retention are the controls that apply.

## Pros and cons

### Pros

- Runs standing instructions on a schedule and keeps working while nobody watches.
- A desktop and phone app driven by plain sentences, so anyone can install it and ask for work.
- Your own provider keys and any OpenAI or Anthropic compatible endpoint answer behind the one gateway address.
- A self-serve export returns your account data, every synced chat with full message text, projects, rules, skills, MCP servers and settings.

### Cons

- There is no uptime commitment. The terms disclaim uninterrupted service and say beta features, including cloud agents, can be withdrawn at any time.
- Product telemetry stores every prompt and reply for 180 days, and no setting turns off chat text. Incognito keys and a team's zero data retention are the controls that apply.
- Computer use is gated by a prompt until you grant Always allow, so unattended screen work needs that standing grant.
