What is Buzz.ai?

Buzz.ai is an outbound sales platform for teams that automates prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and calling. It combines Data Enrichment, AI Features, and a Chrome Extension with LinkedIn Outreach, Email Outreach, and a Dialer so reps can research, engage, and book meetings from one system. It integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Calendly, Slack, and Zapier. Plans run Core at $79/month, AI Employee at $695/month, and Enterprise custom.

What Buzz does

Buzz is an AI SDR / sales engagement platform: you describe a target audience and goal, and it finds contacts via a multi-provider data "waterfall," enriches them, drafts personalized messages, and runs the sequence across LinkedIn, email, and phone (including voicemail drops) from one dashboard. The newer layer, AskBuzz (beta), is a chat-style assistant that can launch a campaign, pull analytics, or add prospects to a sequence from a single prompt rather than clicking through campaign-builder screens — this is the part the vendor is actively building out (homepage: "Identify, Enrich, Engage. Reimagined in Buzz 5.0"). Source: https://buzz.ai/ (fetched 2026-10-10).

Pricing

Pricing is published with real numbers, which is unusual in this category. Core is $79/seat/month (500 credits/month: LinkedIn + email outreach, phone calling, voicemail drops, CRM integrations) with a free trial and no card required to start. AI Employee, the "most popular" tier, is $695/seat/month (5,000 credits/month, unlimited data export, AskBuzz features). Enterprise is custom-quoted with a $2,500 setup fee (waived on Core/AI Employee if paid annually) and 25,000 credits across 5 included seats. Annual billing is 25% off monthly. A separate white-label plan for agencies is $1,000/month for 20 seats, billed annually. Buyers should note the product is metered on two independent axes — per-seat price and a monthly credit allowance that gates AI/enrichment/dialer usage — so cost at real usage volume depends on both. AskBuzz and the MCP connector

Buzz ships a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector — AskBuzz MCP — that lets a Claude user query Buzz's prospecting and campaign data directly from a chat session, documented at help.buzz.ai and reachable at ask.buzz.ai/mcp. This is a genuine, specific integration (not a marketing claim of "AI-powered"): it's listed alongside Buzz's other integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clay, Calendly, Zapier, webhooks, Gmail/Outlook, Amazon SES) with its own setup docs. Who you're actually contracting with

Buzz's own legal pages disagree on this. The Privacy Policy (dated 19 Feb 2026, at buzz.ai/terms/privacy-policy/) names "Buzz Inc." at 701 Tillery St 12 #2573, Austin, TX as the operator of buzz.ai and dash.buzz.ai. The Cookie Policy on the same site (buzz.ai/terms/cookie-policy/) instead names "Buzz Outreach Limited." G2's own listing for the product is also registered under the seller name "Buzz Outreach Limited" (166–167 reviews, 4.7/5 — see Independent evidence below). We checked the UK Companies House register for a company called "Buzz Outreach Limited" and found no match (searched 2026-10-10) — so if that entity exists, it isn't UK-incorporated under that exact name, or it's registered elsewhere. None of this is evidence of wrongdoing, but a buyer signing an annual contract or a DPA should ask Buzz directly which entity is the actual counterparty, since the vendor's own pages don't agree. Sources: https://buzz.ai/terms/privacy-policy/, https://buzz.ai/terms/cookie-policy/, https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/companies?q=%22Buzz+Outreach%22 (checked 2026-10-10).

Data practices

Buzz is, by design, a B2B contact-data product: its Privacy Policy describes pulling in third-party enrichment data (firmographic, employment history, social profile data) and connecting to LinkedIn/Facebook/X/Instagram on a user's behalf. It states it does not sell personal information, offers GDPR- and CCPA-style rights (access, deletion, opt-out) via a self-serve opt-out form at buzz.ai/remove-my-data/, and describes retention periods by data category (e.g., account data kept 90 days post-termination, payment records 7 years). Its security section describes standard measures — TLS in transit, encryption at rest, MFA options, access controls — but doesn't claim any third-party certification (no SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar is mentioned anywhere on the site), and there's no dedicated security/trust page (buzz.ai/security/ 404s). A current subprocessor list isn't published; the policy says to email [email protected] for one. Source: https://buzz.ai/terms/privacy-policy/, https://buzz.ai/remove-my-data/ (fetched 2026-10-10).

White-label: a second business line

Separately from the main product, Buzz sells a white-label version to agencies: $1,000/month for 20 seats (billed annually), rebrandable under the agency's own logo/domain, with Stripe billing built in so the agency can resell seats to its own clients and keep the margin. The vendor claims "1,000+ agencies" use it and promises same-day setup. This is a meaningfully different purchase than the Core/AI Employee plans — it's wholesale software-as-a-service infrastructure for an agency's own client base, not a seat for in-house use. Source: https://buzz.ai/whitelabels/ (fetched 2026-10-10, vendor claim on agency count unverified).

Independent evidence is thin

G2 lists the product (under the seller name "Buzz Outreach Limited") at 4.7/5 from roughly 166–167 reviews, per G2's own page metadata — we could not load the full G2 reviews page directly (it returned a bot-detection challenge to both a direct fetch and a proxy), so we can't verify the review text or distribution, only the headline number as indexed by G2 itself. Trustpilot shows a listing (~140 reviews) that we also couldn't load directly. Capterra, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn's company page were all inaccessible this session. We found no public funding, founder, or headcount information on buzz.ai itself — there's no about/team/careers page in the site's sitemap.
