These terms cover your use of AgentsIndex and the content at agentsindex.ai. If you use the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

AgentsIndex is a directory for the AI agent ecosystem, run from the Netherlands by Mathijs Bronsdijk. Contact: [email protected].

Use of the service

You may browse the directory, read articles, and submit listings. You agree to use the site lawfully. Do not:

• Scrape or crawl content at a rate that degrades the service for other users.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive listings, reviews, or comparisons. This includes submitting tools you do not own or represent, without permission.
• Probe, breach, or otherwise interfere with the security of the service.
• Distribute malware, spam, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Misrepresent any affiliation with AgentsIndex or its operators.

We may suspend or remove access and content that breaks these rules.

Listings and user-submitted content

The directory holds two kinds of entries: listings we research from public sources, and listings submitted by tool makers and the community. Submissions go through review before they are published. By submitting content you confirm that you have the right to publish it, and you grant AgentsIndex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of the directory.

Listing decisions are editorial. We can edit, move, downrank, or remove any listing for accuracy, quality, or policy reasons. If you own a listing and want it updated or removed, email [email protected].

Paid placements and advertising

AgentsIndex offers paid advertising and featured placements. Paid placements are clearly labelled. Editorial coverage (blog posts, comparisons, rankings) is never sold. Paying for a listing does not buy favourable editorial treatment. See /advertise for current options.

Some outbound links on the site are affiliate links routed through an affiliate redirect. These are disclosed where practical and do not affect the price you pay.

Intellectual property

The AgentsIndex name, logo, design, code, and original editorial content (blog posts, comparisons, collections) are the property of AgentsIndex and its licensors. You may link to pages on the site and quote short excerpts with proper attribution. You may not republish, mirror, or train models on our content except as permitted by our robots.txt and content-signal directives.

Tool names, logos, and screenshots belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the directory is for identification and editorial purposes and does not imply endorsement by the tool maker.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Information about listed tools comes from public sources and reflects our best understanding at the time we wrote it. Pricing, features, benchmarks, and availability change often. AgentsIndex is not responsible for whether third-party tool information is accurate, complete, or current, and makes no warranty that any listed tool fits your purpose. Check important details with the tool maker before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgentsIndex, its operator, and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content on it. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is lower.

Account termination

You can close your account any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or that pose security or abuse risks.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service, law, or our practices change. Material updates are flagged by updating the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
