FeedHive

Social media scheduler where connected AI agents must get your approval before posting anything.

FeedHive is a social media management tool for creating, scheduling and publishing posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and more. AI agents and assistants can work in the same workspace through an MCP server, a REST API and a CLI.

Best for
Founders and small teams that want AI agents drafting and scheduling their social posts
Look elsewhere if
  • you want to use it for real without paying
  • you need the full API on every plan
  • your data must stay in your region
  • you need a written uptime promise

A publishing tool with an agent surface bolted on the front

FeedHive is a scheduler first. You connect social accounts, write or generate a post, pick a time or a recurring slot, and it publishes. The supported channels are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, Threads, Discord, plus Zapier and Make as destinations in the same strip. Every plan carries all of them; what changes between tiers is how many accounts you may attach.

What separates it from the schedulers it compares itself against is that the same workspace is addressable by software. There are four documented routes in: an MCP server over HTTP, a REST API authenticated with a Bearer key you generate under Settings, a CLI for terminal and coding-agent workflows, and the visual workflow builder for people who do not want any of the above. The API surface is grouped into posts, labels, media, plan slots and socials, which is roughly the whole product rather than a read-only slice.

Alongside those, the site publishes a page per agent: ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, OpenClaw, Manus, Hermes, Grok Bot, Muse and Dots. Several of those pages describe the same two underlying connections (API key or MCP) applied to a different client.

Pricing starts at €19 a month (about $21), and the page opens on the yearly rate

The pricing page defaults to the Yearly position of its billing control, which shows Creator at €15 a month (about $17) billed €180 (about $201) annually. Switch the control to Monthly and the same plan reads €19 (about $21). The four tiers month to month are Creator €19 (about $21), Brand €29 (about $32), Business €99 (about $111) and Agency €299 (about $334); billed yearly they are €15 (about $17), €22 (about $25), €69 (about $77) and €239 a month (about $267). The page advertises "Save up to 30% with yearly" without printing a per-plan percentage, and on Creator the two figures work out at about 21 percent.

Two meters sit on top of the flat price. AI credits are allocated monthly (2.5K on Creator, 10K on Brand, 50K on Business, 100K on Agency) and automation runs separately (500, 2K, 10K, 100K). A standing launch bonus doubles the credit figure for three months, which is why each plan card shows two credit numbers at once. Nothing on the site says what one credit buys or what an overage costs.

The agentic rows are where the entry plan thins out. OpenClaw skill, Claude Code setup, CLI access and REST API all show a dash in the Creator column and a check from Brand upward, so the cheapest plan is the one least able to be driven by an agent. Workspaces, approval workflow, variables and AI hashtag generation are gated the same way.

The privacy policy is the most useful page for agent buyers

Most vendors document MCP behaviour in their docs. FeedHive documents the consent model in its privacy policy, and it is specific. Connecting an assistant means choosing which account or workspaces it may use and approving named permissions such as reading posts or creating drafts. Beyond that, "FeedHive requires the assistant to get your confirmation before it schedules, edits or deletes a post, or deletes media, labels or plan slots."

The same page enumerates what flows back to the assistant: connection details, connected social accounts, post and draft bodies, media links, labels, plan slots and analytics metrics. It also names three things that never leave: the FeedHive password, payment details, and the access tokens FeedHive holds for your social networks. Connections made through an assistant do not even receive the account name or email.

Access is revoked under Settings, Account, Connected integrations, and regenerating an API key kills the old one immediately. For anyone handing a publishing account to an agent, that is the part worth reading before the feature list.

Security and compliance evidence is thin

There is no security or trust page. No SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 certificate is named anywhere on the site, and no data processing agreement is offered. Nothing states whether customer content is kept out of model training, which is a notable gap for a product whose main feature is generation.

What is published is GDPR plumbing: legal bases for processing, the full list of subject rights including portability, and a deletion workflow that promises receipt within 7 business days and completion within 30. Payments run through Stripe and card details are never stored by the vendor.

Data location is fixed rather than chosen. The policy states that data from users outside Switzerland is transferred there and processed there. There is no region selector, and no uptime commitment on any plan: the terms disclaim uninterrupted availability instead.

The operating entity is named only in the privacy policy's definitions, where the service is described as operated by Highware Solutions, with Swiss law governing the terms. No funding, headcount or founding date is published on the site.

Where it fits, and where it does not

It fits a founder or a small marketing team that already works inside an AI client and wants publishing to be one more tool the agent can call, without running a self-hosted scheduler. The agency tier exists for client work: 500 social accounts, 100 workspaces, 20 team members per workspace and an approval step before anything publishes.

It does not fit three cases. A buyer who needs the API or the CLI should skip Creator entirely, because the plan table marks both unavailable there; the real entry price for programmatic use is Brand at €29 a month (about $32). A buyer with procurement requirements will find nothing to send to a security reviewer: no certifications, no DPA, no SSO, no audit log. And a buyer who wants to try before paying gets seven days, with billing details collected at sign-up, rather than a free tier to sit on.

One detail worth knowing before the trial: a card verification charge may be taken when the trial starts, applied as a credit against the first paid invoice, and refunded automatically if the trial is canceled before it converts.
