The $79/month base product is pure monitoring — a monthly report of picks and misses, no implementation. A separate, optional "white glove" tier does the actual fixing (copy changes, Google Business Profile corrections, booking-flow rebuilds) and is quoted and billed independently of the monitoring subscription.
