What is Signado?

Signado is a LinkedIn prospecting tool for agencies and B2B service teams that turns chosen keywords, competitors, creators, company pages, or posts into qualified warm leads. It enriches contacts, scores fit against your ICP, keeps the original post or comment attached, and drafts messages from what prospects actually said. Features include Find warm leads, Deep Dive, Lead enrichment, and Reply analytics. It's used by Google, G2, and Trustpilot. Plans run Lite $29/mo, Starter $59/mo, Growth $99/mo, and Scale $349/mo.

What it actually does

Signado monitors public LinkedIn activity around sources you choose — keywords, a competitor's profile, a creator your buyers follow, a company page, or a single post you paste in — and surfaces the people posting or commenting there. Each lead gets enriched (person + company), scored against a business profile you set up, and kept attached to the original post or comment so you know why they appeared. It never asks for a LinkedIn login, cookies, or browser extension; discovery runs on Signado's own infrastructure, which the vendor states explicitly in its FAQ and compares directly against tools like PhantomBuster and Gojiberry that do connect to your account (https://signado.io/compare/apollo). Signado does not send LinkedIn messages itself — it drafts them and you send from Gmail/SMTP, a LinkedIn DM you copy in, or a connected tool like Instantly or HeyReach.

Pricing and what you actually get

Four plans, billed monthly, no per-seat fee: Lite $29/mo (1,000 credits, 5 active source slots, up to ~200 qualified leads/month), Starter $59/mo (2,500 credits, 12 slots), Growth $99/mo (5,000 credits, 25 slots, marked 'Most Popular'), Scale $349/mo (20,000 credits, 100 slots). Credits: finding + enriching + qualifying + scoring a new lead costs 5, finding an email costs 5 more (only if one is found), an AI message or comment draft costs 3, a company 'Deep Dive' costs 40. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with full credits; a card is required but you pay nothing if you cancel before the trial ends (https://signado.io/pricing). The full ladder and the per-action cost table are both public on the pricing page, which is unusually complete for a tool this size.

AI/MCP access — same price as the app, not a premium tier

Signado runs an MCP server (https://mcp.signado.io/mcp) that connects to Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and Grok Bot via OAuth, with no API keys to manage, and documents every tool's credit cost on its own page: reading, listing and exporting leads is free, source previews cost 1 credit, discovery costs 5 credits per new lead, email lookup 5, AI drafts 3 — identical to in-app pricing, with no connection fee (https://signado.io/mcp). Each paid MCP call returns credits charged, balance after, and session spend, which is a more disciplined receipt pattern than most early MCP integrations bother with.

The reply-rate numbers, and what they actually rest on

Signado's headline claim — that messaging people about something they just posted or commented gets more replies than messaging a cold list — comes from a single field test the company ran on its own LinkedIn account: 1,184 connection requests over two months, split into 'classic list-based targeting' (139 messages sent, 25 replies, 18.0%) and people who had just posted or commented about a relevant problem (149 messages sent, 78 replies, 52.3%), a 2.9x difference (https://signado.io/statistics). It's one account, one tester, self-reported, and not independently audited, though the methodology and raw counts are published rather than just the headline ratio — credit where due. The site also cites Expandi's much larger third-party benchmark (6.7M messages, 10.4% average reply rate) as context, and is explicit that the two numbers aren't directly comparable since Expandi's includes follow-ups.

Who's behind it, and how young this is

Signado is operated by Joytishsingh (Ashvin) JANKEE, trading as Signado, a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIREN 882981756, Vert-Saint-Denis) — confirmed against the French company registry (https://www.societe.com/manager/Ashvin.JANKEE.xJ__dOxJSyq.html) and matching the entity named in Signado's own Terms of Service (https://signado.io/legal/terms). It's a single-founder company: Ashvin Jankee previously ran engineering programs in aeronautics and robotics, started an AI automation agency (ActivDev) in 2024, and built Signado in late 2025 to solve his own lead-gen problem (https://signado.io/about). There's no funding announcement, no team page beyond the founder, and independent review coverage is essentially nonexistent: Trustpilot shows exactly one review (5 stars, July 2026, from a self-described agency owner) with no recent review-solicitation history flagged by Trustpilot itself (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/signado.io); G2's review page returned a CAPTCHA wall we could not get past, so the G2 testimonial quoted on Signado's own homepage could not be independently corroborated.

Data handling and what isn't published

There's no dedicated security/trust page (signado.io/security 404s), but the Privacy Policy names its actual subprocessors with links rather than a generic 'enterprise-grade security' line: Clerk for auth, Stripe for payment, Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, PostHog for analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, DigitalOcean for automation workflows, Resend for transactional email (https://signado.io/legal/privacy). Data is stored/processed in the US and Germany. The Terms of Service state plainly that the service 'is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA...)' and prohibits use that would trigger GLBA — fine for its stated market of agencies and GTM consultants, but worth knowing if you're in a regulated vertical. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Paris under French law via the European Court of Arbitration, with the proceeding language set to French (https://signado.io/legal/terms).
