Spotted something wrong on AgentsIndex? This page explains how to flag it and what to expect.
How to report an error
Email [email protected]with the word "correction" in the subject. Include:
- The URL. The exact page on agentsindex.ai where the error appears.
- What is wrong. Quote the sentence or point at the field, and say what the correct information is.
- A source if you have one.A link to the vendor's pricing page, docs, changelog, or announcement is the fastest path to a fix. If you are the vendor, say so.
Our response time
We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 48 hours. Straightforward fixes (a price update, a broken link, a typo) are usually made within 7 days. Bigger edits like a rewritten comparison or a disputed claim take longer, because they go through the same editorial review as a new listing.
If your correction depends on something that is changing in real time (a launch, a price freeze), flag it and we will prioritise.
What we will and will not correct
We will correct anything factually wrong: pricing, features, supported models, company details, quotes, broken links, dead products. We will update a listing when a product genuinely changes. We will clarify wording if it is misleading in context.
We will not rewrite a verdict because a vendor disagrees with it. Opinion and editorial judgement are not errors. If you think a verdict is based on a factual mistake, show us the mistake and the verdict will follow.
How corrections are made
Small fixes (typos, dates, broken links) are made silently. For substantive corrections that change what a listing, ranking, or blog post says about a product, we update the page content directly. If the change matters to people who already read the old version, we will say so when we reply to the report.
