Corrections

How to report errors on AgentsIndex and what we commit to fixing. Response times and what gets corrected, in plain language.

Last updated: May 15, 2026

AgentsIndex aims to get the facts on every listing right the first time. When we don't, we fix it. This page covers what gets corrected and how to flag it.

How to report a correction

Open the listing and click Report an inaccuracy (or the flag icon in the listing actions). Pick the closest category — broken link, wrong category, outdated info, or other — and include a source if you have one. The faster we can verify, the faster we can update.

If you can't use the in-listing report dialog for some reason, you can still email [email protected] — include the listing URL.

What gets corrected

  • Factual errors — wrong pricing, wrong feature list, wrong company, wrong link.
  • Stale data — pricing or features that have changed since the listing was written.
  • Misclassification — wrong category or scope. We'll re-evaluate and move or update the listing.
  • Broken or dead links — flagged and fixed, or the listing is unpublished if the product no longer exists.

What doesn't get changed

Editorial judgement isn't a factual error. If you disagree with how a tool was described or compared, we'll hear you out, but we won't rewrite a verdict because someone asked. The editorial policy covers that line in detail.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge a correction request within two business days and resolve it within five. Listings that get updated keep a small note at the bottom of the page showing when the change happened.
