One photo becomes a 10 second goal clip
OzilGoal does a single job. You upload a full-body portrait as the scorer, optionally a second photo of a friend who will be beaten in goal, choose one of six looks (your own clothes, a plain yellow, white striped or orange kit, a local park pitch, or a beach at sunset), pick 5 or 10 seconds, and press Create Goal Clip. The site promises delivery in about three minutes and returns a 768p 9:16 MP4 with no watermark.
The move it recreates is fixed: the player rounds the keeper, stops the ball on the line while two defenders slide past, then taps it in. The vendor's point of difference is that nothing is composited onto archive footage. Its own words: "Every frame of the Ozil AI goal is synthesized around your picture rather than overlaid on archive footage."
The published limits are unusually frank for a trend site. Only the 10 second length fits the full move, all kits are plain with no crest, number or sponsor, audio is stadium crowd noise with no commentary or music and cannot be uploaded or replaced, and clothing logos usually render blank. Results vary run to run, and the refund policy says so: a clip that finishes has been delivered, "and a result you dislike is not a fault".
Credits, not clips, are what you buy
Four monthly plans sit behind a Monthly / Yearly / One-time control on the pricing page. Monthly is the default state. Lite Monthly is €10.99 (about $12) for 400 credits, Starter €25.99 (about $29) for 1,000, Standard €42.99 (about $48) for 2,000, Advanced €76.99 (about $86) for 5,000, and the vendor states the tiers are identical in capability: "Every paid plan makes the same clips. Only the credit budget differs." Credits reset at the start of each billing month rather than rolling over.
For the goal clip itself the rate is simple: 20 credits for 5 seconds, 40 for 10, and adding the goalkeeper photo or changing the look costs nothing extra. So Lite covers ten full-length clips a month.
The Yearly tab prices the same products differently and drops the entry tier. Starter Yearly is shown as €17.08/mo (about $19) billed yearly at €204.99 (about $229) for 12,000 credits valid 12 months, Standard Yearly €30/mo (about $34) at €359.99 (about $403), Advanced Yearly €54.08/mo (about $61) at €648.99 (about $726), with a "Save 30% billed annually" claim above the control. There is no Lite Yearly, so the cheapest month-to-month plan has no annual equivalent.
Failed renders return their credits automatically, including photos the model provider refuses. Payment runs through Stripe on Visa and Mastercard.
The one-time pack prices contradict each other
Two pages on this site quote different one-time packs. The home page FAQ says: "one-time packs offer 1 video for €8.99 (about $10), 3 for €16.99 (about $19), and 5 for €25.99 (about $29)", repeated in the pricing FAQ as packs "offered inside the generator when your balance runs short". The One-time tab on the same pricing page offers only a Basic Pack at €42.99 (about $48) for 1,000 credits and an Advanced Pack at €169.99 (about $190) for 4,800 credits, both valid 12 months.
The two sets are not reconcilable as the same catalog. A buyer reading the FAQ expects an €8.99 (about $10) single clip; the pack tab's cheapest purchase is €42.99 (about $48). Both figures are on the vendor's own pages, and the FAQ wording suggests the small packs appear in the generator flow rather than on the pricing tab, which would mean the published tab is not the full price list.
Model claims do not line up with the terms
The legal pages are unambiguous about who generates the video: "OzilGoal does not train or operate its own video model. Every video on this site is generated by MiniMax H3, a model provided by MiniMax", relayed by an API access partner, with the flat statement that MiniMax H3 is the only model this site uses.
Every plan card on the pricing page nonetheless lists "Access to all models", and the page prices 18 video models (MiniMax H3 at 20 credits through Seedance 2.5 at 315) and 19 image models (GPT Image 2.5 Flare at 3 credits through FLUX.2 Flex at 14). The goal generator on the home page exposes no model selector at all, only quality, length and a 40 credit cost for the 10 second option.
The most likely reading is that the credit tables are inherited from the shared Ricebowl AI account system and describe that platform's catalog, not this page's generator. The vendor does not say so, which leaves a buyer unable to tell from the site whether a paid plan buys a choice of models or one.
Who runs it, and what the legal pages commit to
OzilGoal is operated by whoever runs Ricebowl AI: shared account system, shared credit balance, shared billing history, and a suspension on one site applies to both. No company name, registration number or postal address appears anywhere on the site. The only contact is support@ozilgoal.org, and the terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with arbitration seated in Hong Kong. All four policy pages carry an effective date of 13 October 2026.
Security disclosure stops at encryption in transit and at rest, outsourced card handling, monitoring and periodic review, access controls. No SOC 2 report, ISO certificate or DPA for customers is published, and there is no uptime commitment. Retention is a cache of up to 30 days for uploads and generated videos, with earlier deletion on request, and the privacy policy grants access, correction and deletion rights covering both sites.
One consequence of the plan you pick is public: "Videos made on a subscription stay private unless you share them. Videos made without a subscription may appear in the public Explore feed." That makes the choice between a one-time pack and a subscription a privacy decision as well as a price one.
Consent rules are strict, and enforced upstream
The acceptable use policy is tighter than the format suggests. Only yourself or adults who agreed may be uploaded, the goalkeeper photo included, with no minors and no public figures "living or dead", explicitly including Mesut Özil and the players from the original match. The generator form carries a matching checkbox before it will run, and the home page FAQ says automated checks review incoming pictures.
Screening is partly the model provider's: uploads are checked by MiniMax's safety systems before generation, a request that breaks MiniMax's policy is refused upstream even if it looks fine here, and refused requests do not consume credits. Published content can be removed at any time, a first violation typically brings a warning, and anything involving minors brings permanent suspension with unused credits forfeited.
The site also disclaims any link to Mesut Özil, Arsenal, PFC Ludogorets Razgrad, UEFA, MiniMax and the social platforms, and states that no match footage, broadcast material or player likeness is used.
Where it fits, and where it does not
This suits one buyer: someone who wants a joke clip of themselves or a teammate scoring, ready to post to TikTok, Reels or Shorts with trending audio added in the app. Ten euros buys ten full-length clips a month, output is watermark-free and vertical, and the whole interaction is a form.
It does not suit anyone needing volume, integration or predictability. There is no API, no MCP server and no webhook, so every render is driven by hand. There is no usable free attempt: the 8 signup credits are below the 20 a short clip needs, by the vendor's own statement. The scene, the camera move, the plain kits and the crowd-only audio are not adjustable, and a result that renders badly still counts as delivered. Teams should also note that a plan is a shared credit pool rather than seats, that credential sharing is prohibited, and that without a subscription the clips can surface in a public feed.

Whether a company can buy it
- Single sign-on
- PartlySign-in works with a Google account on the shared Ricebowl AI account system, which is consumer federated login rather than an enterprise identity provider with SAML or SCIM.
signing in on either site with the same email address or the same Google account reaches one account with one credit balance and one billing history

If a balance charge looks incorrect, contact customer support and our team will review the system job log.
ozilgoal.org/pricing - Uptime promise
- NoThe terms decline an availability commitment and disclaim responsibility for provider outages, with credit reversal on failed renders as the only remedy.

Which models it runs on
- Its own model
- NoThe vendor states plainly that it neither trains nor operates a video model; generation is relayed to MiniMax through an API access partner.
OzilGoal does not train or operate its own video model. Every video on this site is generated by MiniMax H3, a model provided by MiniMax.
ozilgoal.org/terms-of-service - You pick the model
- PartlyThe vendor's own pages disagree: the terms say one model is used for every video, while every paid plan advertises access to all models and the pricing tables price 18 video and 19 image models. The goal generator itself shows no model picker, only quality, length and a credit cost.
MiniMax H3 is the only model this site uses.
