One financial profile, then agents that transact on it

Bluwhale connects bank accounts, cards, exchanges and crypto wallets into a single profile, scores it as a WhaleScore rated 0 to 1000 alongside a Financial Age, and then lets agents work against that profile. Bank and card connections come through Plaid integration and multi-chain indexing, which is the detail that separates this from a wallet tracker: the same agent sees cash and on-chain positions.

The agents on display are mostly digital-asset jobs. The developer page lists ETH, USDC and USDT staking agents, a Lending Optimizer, a Cross-Chain Aggregator, a Chain Bridger, a Gas Optimizer, a Perps Trader, a Whale Tracker and a general agent called Savvy. Each card shows an APY, a transaction count and a user count, which puts the numbers in a product screenshot rather than in prose.

Users can also build their own. The terms describe a no-code interface to create, configure, and deploy AI agents, and the individuals page reduces that to setting a goal, picking a strategy and launching.

The site contradicts itself on whether agents act alone

This is the most important thing a buyer should read twice. The individuals page states that Bluwhale agents actually move your money, finding yield, optimizing savings, rebalancing across 80+ chains. All running automatically, 24/7, and the developer FAQ answers the question "Can agents execute real transactions?" with "Yes. Agents can move funds, optimize yields, and execute credit-based actions."

The homepage trust section says the opposite: under "You approve every move" it reads Agents recommend strategies, but nothing executes until you confirm. Set permissions per connection. Both claims sit on the vendor's own marketing pages.

The terms resolve the ambiguity in a third direction, toward the user carrying the risk either way. Transactions route to third-party decentralized exchanges, Bluwhale has no ability to review, approve, cancel, pause, or reverse any transaction executed by your AI agents on your behalf once initiated, and the user is solely responsible for parameters, risk limits and permissions. Anyone evaluating this product should test what a given agent does before funding it.

No price is published anywhere on the site

There is no pricing page. The /pricing route returns a 404 and the sitemap lists no plans page. The cost structure has to be assembled from three separate mentions.

First, agents carry a subscription. The listing guide shows the real publish form with a Subscription Fee, described as a monthly USD subscription setting, set by whoever publishes the agent. Second, platform usage runs on BLUAI credits, which the same page insists are a separate matter and tells builders to check against their own account inside Bluprint. Third, every on-chain action costs gas and platform fees, and the terms state plainly that Bluwhale will not reimburse these under any circumstances.

For developers, commercial terms are a conversation rather than a rate card. The Agent Store FAQ says publishing access, charges, revenue shares and payouts should be established before a launch and that the page is not a self-service payout guide. The marketing elsewhere claims $680,000 in total agent revenue and promises a share of revenue on every deployment, without naming the share.

A Cayman foundation with a token, nodes and a testnet chain

The operator is Bluwhale Foundation, a foundation company registered in the Cayman Islands, with its postal address in George Town and Han Jin named as data protection officer. The company page lists offices including San Francisco, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing. Governing law is Cayman and disputes go to single-arbitrator LCIA Cayman arbitration.

Around the consumer app sits a crypto ecosystem that a buyer is not obliged to touch but should know about: the $BLUAI token, a node network whose activation may require you to stake a prescribed amount of $BLUAI tokens under lock-up and slashing conditions, WhaleTank for tokenizing a profile, and Oceanum (OXN), a confidential EVM Layer 1 whose development environment is identified as testnet.

The terms also restrict who may use it. Users must represent that they are not a U.S. Person (as defined under U.S. securities laws, including Regulation S), alongside the usual sanctions and restricted-country representations.

Privacy commitments are specific, audits are absent

The privacy policy is unusually concrete for a product of this kind. Financial transaction and account data is kept out of model training unless the user opts in separately: We will never use your personal financial data, including transaction data or account details, to train our AI models without your explicit, separately obtained consent. Identity documents never reach Bluwhale, which receives only a zero-knowledge proof of the KYC result from a third-party provider. Retention is itemized, with five years on financial records, three years on account data after closure and twelve months on technical logs.

It also discloses something the marketing does not: the platform uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to interact with third-party tools including OpenClaw, operating under their own privacy practices. That is Bluwhale calling out to tools, not an MCP server an outside assistant can call into.

What is missing is third-party assurance. No SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certificate or DPA is published. The homepage trust strip shows AES-256, Zero-Knowledge Verified, GDPR and MiCAR badges, and GDPR and MiCAR are regulations rather than audits of this company. Smart contracts are described as independently reviewed, with no auditor named on the pages that make the claim.

Where it fits, and where it does not

The fit is a retail investor whose money is split between a bank and a few chains, who wants one score and agents that act rather than another dashboard. The second fit is a developer who wants distribution: the pitch is user-permissioned financial data plus a built-in audience, described as the data layer ChatGPT and Grok will never have.

It is a poor fit for a business buyer. There is no published price, no uptime commitment (the terms decline to warrant uninterrupted operation and reserve the right to suspend the platform without notice), no SOC 2 or ISO report, no enterprise identity provider login, and no choice of data region. Liability is capped at the greater of twelve months of fees paid or $1,000.

It is also a poor fit for anyone who needs the agent off the platform. The licence to a self-built agent is revocable and confined to Bluwhale, Bluwhale shall have no obligation to preserve, export, or transfer your AI agent configurations after termination, and the platform can deactivate any agent at its discretion without notice.
