An agency ATS and CRM with an agent layer called AIRA
Recruiterflow sells one system to recruiting, staffing and executive search firms: applicant tracking and client CRM in the same place, with multichannel sequences, automation recipes and reporting around them. The company says it is trusted by 2,100+ search firms globally.
The AI side is branded AIRA and is sold as a set of named agents rather than one assistant. The AI page describes AIRA Source for finding candidates outside the database with verified contact details, AIRA Matchmaker for typing qualification criteria in plain English and getting a shortlist with a score that explains the fit, AIRA Notetaker for transcribing calls and turning them into summaries and tasks, and job change alerts that flag when a contact moves.
The record-keeping agent is the one worth reading closely. On the plan comparison it is described as "Automatic suggestions of field updates for your ATS and CRM", so it proposes changes rather than writing them unsupervised.
Two plans, and the toggle opens on the annual price
The pricing page lists a Platform plan and an AIRA plan. The billing control on the page opens on Annually, so the first figure a visitor sees is the discounted one. No percentage saving is printed next to the control or anywhere else on the page.
The AIRA plan has no figure at all: the card reads "Let's chat custom pricing". It adds the Notetaker, Matchmaker, job change alerts, the field updates agent, a submission agent, a task agent, omnichannel communication sync and custom BI dashboards on top of everything in Platform. Phone and email finder sits on the AIRA side of the comparison table too, marked with a cross against Platform.
The FAQ makes two claims that cut the other way on cost. One says there are no add-ons: "Every feature—current and upcoming—is included based on your selected plan." The other prices migration separately, with a self-serve CSV import that is free and a white-glove migration that is paid, "typically completed in 6–8 weeks", where "Pricing depends on data volume."
The contract renews itself and allows a 5% rise
Terms are set on an Order Form and renew automatically for periods of the same duration. At each renewal the vendor may raise subscription fees by up to five percent, with at least 30 days notice, and a customer who refuses can leave at the end of the current term.
To stop a renewal, either side must give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends.
The company is run by co-founders Manan Shah, Naresh Shenoy and Amritanshu Anand, named with their roles on the about page.
An MCP server that reads and an API key you must ask for
Recruiterflow runs a hosted MCP server at a documented address, with articles for Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. Authentication is OAuth 2.1, and an assistant can search candidates, open jobs and pipelines, read notes, calls, meetings and emails logged against a candidate, open attached files and read their contents, and pull placement figures including bill rate, margin and commission. Account permissions carry over, so an assistant sees only what that user may see.
It is read-only, in the vendor's own words: Claude "cannot create, edit, delete, or merge anything in your account". Meeting activity is summary only, and job and company level activity is not included yet.
API Access is listed on the Platform plan, and the documented uses are a custom careers page, Zapier, Power BI reporting and webhooks. The keys themselves are not self-serve: they "are not visible in the Recruiterflow user interface and must be requested from the support team", one key per account shared by all users, rotated by asking support again.
Security claims are named, residency and training are not
No report date, certificate number or trust page backs those badges, so the claim rests on the strip itself. The agreement does set the data protection roles plainly: Recruiterflow is the processor, the customer is the controller, under a data processing agreement between the parties.
Two things a security reviewer will ask about are absent. No page names a storage region or offers a choice of one, and nothing on the site or in the agreement says whether customer data is used to train AI models.
What is published on data handling is specific. The agreement allows one data backup request per quarter, delivered within 30 days, and reserves the right to delete customer data within three months of termination. A separate data retention policy sets a default two year active period and a seven year archive, and reads as an internal policy for the company rather than a per-account control.
Where it fits, and where it does not
It fits an agency that bills for placements and wants candidate work and business development in the same records, with the AI work priced into the platform rather than metered per task. Sign-in is through Google or Outlook, with a Recruiterflow password as a fallback, and access control is built from six permission modules plus custom roles, so a larger firm can keep revenue figures away from most of the team.
It fits less well in three cases. A buyer who wants to try the product alone will not get far, because both plan cards end in a demo booking and the only no-cost route the help center mentions is a trial account that cannot post to job boards. A team that wants an assistant to write back into the ATS will find the MCP server reads only. And a company that needs a named hosting region, an administrator audit log or a published statement on model training will have to ask for all three, because none of them appears on any public page.

Languages
Call transcription can auto-detect the spoken language or be fixed to one, with a named sample of languages rather than a full list.
Supported languages include Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (Australian, British, and Indian), and more.
Public API
API access is listed on the entry plan and documented for careers pages and reporting, but keys are issued by support rather than created in the product.
API keys are not visible in the Recruiterflow user interface and must be requested from the support team.
MCP server
A hosted MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot query candidates, jobs, pipelines and placement figures, but it cannot write anything back.
The integration is read-only. Claude can query this data but cannot create, edit, delete, or merge anything in your account.
Acts on its own
Agents run in the background on their own, yet the record-keeping agent proposes field changes for a person to accept rather than writing them silently.

Limits on what it may do
Before an agent acts you can scope which meetings it joins, exclude whole domains or addresses, and limit what each role may see and export.
AIRA will skip any meeting where a matching address is on the invite — regardless of other settings.
No code needed
Data comes in through a spreadsheet import, and pipelines, roles, automation recipes and careers pages are set up in the interface.
Self-Serve (Free): Use our Excel/CSV import tool to bring in your data in minutes.

Single sign-on
Google and Outlook sign-in are documented as the standard way in, with a Recruiterflow password as fallback; no SAML or other identity provider is described.

Uptime promise
The agreement commits to 99.8 percent uptime per calendar year on a rolling basis, excluding scheduled maintenance.
