'Force Multiplier Rep' ($499/user/month, annual contract, 5-seat minimum) adds autonomous prospecting agents on top — 120,000 AI/enrichment credits (roughly 1,000 accounts or 4,000 contacts) included, custom enrichment waterfalls, bounce/job verification, a parallel dialer that can ring up to 9 lines at once, 10 warmed mailboxes, and research agents that generate 'reasons to engage.' Enterprise is a custom package layered on top of Force Multiplier Rep. There is no self-serve signup — every tier routes to 'Talk to sales' or 'Get a demo.'

Unlike most B2B sales-tech vendors, Regie.ai puts real numbers on its pricing page rather than gating everything behind 'contact us' — that alone is uncommon in this category. But the seat minimums mean the sticker price understates entry cost: AI SEP's 10-seat minimum on an annual contract works out to about $21,600/year minimum before any add-ons, and Force Multiplier Rep's 5-seat minimum comes to about $29,940/year. Add-ons are priced separately and also disclosed: mailbox rotation ($50/user/month for 5 mailboxes, $100/user/month for 10, including domain warming), a standalone parallel dialer ($1,800/user/year), and tiered data-credit packages (Bronze at 525,000 credits/~5k accounts up to Platinum at 6.08M credits/~40k accounts). Gartner Peer Insights shows only a single review, too small a sample to weigh. Recurring praise across review summaries centers on ease of use and the speed of generating personalized first-touch messaging. Recurring criticism includes AI-generated copy that reads as robotic or 'salesy' and needs manual editing before sending, plus complaints about contact-data accuracy — wrong or non-working phone numbers and prospect mismatches on dialer-sourced leads. The phone-accuracy complaints matter more than they would for a pure email tool, since Regie.ai's higher tier is built around the dialer.

Regie.ai was founded in 2021 by CEO Srinath Sridhar (a former Google/Meta engineer) and President Matt Millen (formerly a sales VP at T-Mobile) — confirmed both by the company's own history page and by Sridhar directly in a TechCrunch interview, which also puts the company at roughly 75 employees as of February 2025. The page also states Regie.ai holds SOC 2 and Salesforce AppExchange security certifications, though it does not link a report.
