What is VoiceDrop?
VoiceDrop is a ringless voicemail platform for sales, revenue operations, marketing, and enterprise teams that automates personalized outreach at scale. It combines Voice Cloning, Smart Scheduling, Campaign Analytics, and CRM, API, & Integrations, plus Validate Phones & DNC Lists and Bulk SMS Marketing for follow-up. VoiceDrop is used by Trustpilot and connects with 5,000+ platforms. Plans run Budget $95/month, Individual $495/month, Growth $995/month, Scale $1,995/month, and Enterprise custom.
What it does and what it costs
VoiceDrop delivers pre-recorded or AI-voice-cloned messages straight into a contact's voicemail box server-to-server, so the recipient's phone never rings. Pricing is usage-based and public: Budget at $95/month (500 "voice units", about 1,000 static voicemails), Individual at $495/month (6,500 units), Growth at $995/month (15,000 units), Scale at $1,995/month (40,000 units), and a custom Enterprise tier above that. A static (single-recording) drop costs 0.5 units per delivery; an AI-personalized script that fills in each contact's name costs 2-3 units. Only successful deliveries are billed, unused units roll over for 90 days, and quarterly/annual billing cuts 8% and ~17% ("2 months free") off the monthly rate. The free trial is $20 in credits, about 200 voicemails. Inbound calls to a VoiceDrop number — i.e. the callbacks the product exists to generate — are billed separately at 2 cents/minute, rounded up to the next full minute. The legal landscape, and VoiceDrop's unusually accurate account of it
Ringless voicemail's legality under the TCPA was genuinely contested until the FCC's November 2022 declaratory ruling (FCC 22-85), which held that a ringless voicemail to a wireless phone is a "call" under the TCPA and therefore requires prior express consent — confirmed directly against the FCC's own order. VoiceDrop's "Are Ringless Voicemails Legal" page states this correctly, including the pre-2022 circuit split it resolved, and goes a step further: it cites the Supreme Court's June 2025 decision in McLaughlin Chiropractic Associates v. McKesson, which held that district courts are not bound by the FCC's interpretation of the TCPA under the Hobbs Act — confirmed against the Supreme Court's own docket (judgment reversed and remanded, Kavanaugh writing, June 20, 2025). The practical upshot the page draws — treat prior express consent as required for wireless numbers, written consent for marketing — is correct and current as of this check. This level of accuracy on a genuinely contested legal question is not the norm for ringless-voicemail vendors, several of whom still market the technology as outside TCPA's reach.
Compliance tooling and SOC 2 claim
VoiceDrop builds DNC-list scrubbing, landline filtering, time-zone-aware send windows, and per-campaign audit trails into the platform, and is explicit that these are tools, not a substitute for obtaining consent — the compliance page carries a plain disclaimer that VoiceDrop is not a law firm and the buyer is responsible for complying with applicable law. Separately, VoiceDrop states it is SOC 2 Type II compliant; the full audit report is available to enterprise customers "upon request (under NDA)" and no auditor is named or trust-center link published, so the certification itself could not be independently confirmed beyond the vendor's own statement — normal for how SOC 2 reports are typically distributed, but worth knowing before treating it as verified.
Who builds it, and how
VoiceDrop is the flagship product of Momentum Labs, a self-described bootstrapped venture studio running 11 B2B SaaS products (including Prymatica, 1Lookup and EmailChaser) with no outside capital, which it says serve 10,000+ businesses and generate $15M+ in combined ARR — a studio-wide figure, not specific to VoiceDrop. VoiceDrop itself is built on the no-code platform Bubble; Bubble's own case study (published October 2025, updated March 2026) says VoiceDrop reached seven-figure ARR within 12 months on Bubble with 2,000+ customers. Its AI voice cloning runs on ElevenLabs, confirmed by ElevenLabs' own customer case study, which quotes VoiceDrop co-founder Nadav Boaz and states the integration shipped in under a week. These are vendor-adjacent sources (a platform partner and an infrastructure partner each writing up their own customer), not fully independent reporting, but they corroborate the company's structure and timeline rather than relying solely on VoiceDrop's word for it.
Reviews and feature maturity
VoiceDrop's own /reviews/ page quotes customer testimonials, with the first several explicitly sourced to Trustpilot and most of the rest carrying no platform attribution at all. G2, Trustpilot and Capterra all returned HTTP 403 to direct and proxied fetches this run, so none of VoiceDrop's independent review data could be checked — a research gap, not a finding about the product. Two features sit behind beta or early-access labels across every plan tier as of this check: the AI Callback Agent (closed beta) and Sequences/automated follow-ups (early access); the browser-based sales dialer is also marked Beta.
