What it does

DialNexa builds and hosts AI voice agents that place and receive phone calls for tasks like lead qualification, payment/EMI reminders, appointment booking, and support triage, then log outcomes to a CRM or helpdesk. It sits on top of third-party telephony (Plivo), speech-to-text (Deepgram/Soniox), and speech synthesis (ElevenLabs) providers rather than building that stack itself, and lets you swap LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic models) per agent.

How pricing actually works

Three tiers, all in INR: Pay As You Go at ₹5/min with no minimum commitment (60-second billing pulse, concurrency of 2, temporarily expandable to 20); Growth at ₹4.2/min with a ₹1,00,000/month minimum for roughly 24,000 billed minutes, a 4-month minimum term, and 30-second billing pulse; and Enterprise at ₹2.5–3.5/min, volume-based, with a ₹5,00,000/month minimum and a 12-month contract. Pulse billing rounds every call up to the nearest interval — a 10-second call costs a full 60 seconds on Pay As You Go, 30 seconds on Growth — which matters at volume. Critically, that per-minute rate covers only DialNexa's orchestration layer: LLM, TTS, STT, and telephony are metered and billed separately at rates shown in a rate card on the same page, so the effective per-minute cost of a call depends on which providers an agent uses. There's also a ₹1L–2.5L one-month pilot program (₹20K one-time service fee, waived above ₹1L) before committing to a plan. New signups get ₹1,000 in free credits with no card required.

Language and market focus

DialNexa's clearest differentiation from US-centric voice-AI platforms (Retell, Vapi, Bland) is depth on Indian languages: the platform lists 22 Indian languages including Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, and others, plus 70+ languages globally, with claimed mid-call code-switching between Hindi and English. Calling coverage is India, the US, and 200+ countries on the base plan, expanding to more countries (Canada, Australia, Brazil, UK, Germany) on Growth.

Performance and capability claims (unverified)

The platform page advertises sub-300ms P50 response latency, 1,000+ calls/minute throughput, 10,000+ concurrent calls with no concurrency cap on paper, 15+ minutes of call context retention, 800+ integrations via Composio, and a 99.99% uptime SLA (Enterprise tier only, with service credits). It also carries a set of unattributed customer testimonial quotes (e.g. a 200,000-call overnight EMI campaign) on the same page. None of these figures are independently benchmarked; they are DialNexa's own marketing copy. For context, independent testing of a well-known competitor (Retell AI) put real-world latency around 620ms — roughly double DialNexa's claimed figure — which is the kind of gap that's worth confirming on your own traffic before relying on it.

Company and track record

DialNexa Labs Private Limited was incorporated in Bangalore, India on August 4, 2025 (CIN U62099KA2025PTC206191), making it just over a year old. It was co-founded by Pratik Kapasi (previously at Google Search and Razorpay) and Aditya Kamat (previously at LinkedIn and Directi), who had earlier built HeyCoach together. Named case-study customers include Growth School, Crio, Newton School, and Skillovilla — all Indian ed-tech companies — with vendor-reported results (e.g. 15.34x ROAS, 94% lead qualification rate) that we could not independently verify. No listing was found for DialNexa on G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot, and its GoodFirms profile currently shows zero submitted reviews.

What's not published

There is no public security, compliance, or trust page (checked /security and /trust — both are unrouted 404s within the site), and no public status page (status.dialnexa.com does not resolve). Terms of service contain no mention of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or a data processing agreement. For a platform that would be handling live customer phone calls and CRM data, a buyer with compliance requirements will need to ask directly rather than find this in writing.

Editor's read

Check the concurrency ceiling before committing: Pay As You Go starts at 2 concurrent calls with temporary expansion up to 20, while Growth starts at 10 and Enterprise at ~2,00,000 billed minutes per month. If your peak calling pattern depends on sustained parallel volume, that tier jump matters.
