The product is an outbound stack driven from a chat window
toflow.ai sells itself as a replacement for several outbound tools at once: prospect sourcing, contact enrichment, multi-channel sequencing and a light CRM. The distinctive part is where the buyer works from. Instead of a dashboard being the main surface, the vendor's pitch is to paste one MCP server URL into Claude, ChatGPT or Codex and then type instructions, with the platform executing them.
The agent set is split by job. A prospecting agent takes an ICP once and keeps finding matches, including from a champion's network, post reactions, and LinkedIn group or event activity rather than cold search alone. A follow-up agent reads replies across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, classifies each as interested, objection, not now or unsubscribe, and sends the matching message without a person in the loop. Separate pages describe lead scoring, account research, enrichment and inbox management agents.
Pricing is quoted, and the page contradicts its own metadata
Nothing on the pricing page tells a buyer what a seat costs. Starter, Growth and Custom all read "Contact us for pricing", the button on each card says "Request Pricing", and the comparison table below repeats it in all three columns.
The same page's HTML metadata still advertises a rate card: "Start free, upgrade to Starter ($39/user/month) or Growth ($59/user/month), or go Enterprise for custom scale." Those figures appear nowhere in the page a visitor reads, and the "start free" half has no matching plan either. Treat them as stale.
What is published are the extras. WhatsApp as a channel is $20 a month, an additional LinkedIn account $20 a month, an additional email account $7 a month. Enrichment runs on credits, 500 a month on Starter and 1,000 on Growth, priced by action: one credit for a verified business email, 0.2 for an email verification or a LinkedIn profile, 0.5 for a Sales Navigator profile, and 10 for a phone number. A phone-heavy list therefore exhausts a Starter allowance in 50 lookups, and the cost of topping up is not stated.
Plan tiers gate channels, not just volume
The split between tiers is about which channels a team gets. Starter covers LinkedIn automation with WhatsApp as an add-on, one LinkedIn account per seat, and a LinkedIn-only unified inbox. Growth adds email so that LinkedIn and email can run inside one sequence, and gives three email accounts per seat. Custom adds unlimited seats and email senders, custom agents built on request, roles and permissions, CRM workflow triggers, a written SLA and a dedicated account manager.
MCP access, API access and Salesforce and HubSpot sync are listed on all three cards, so the AI-assistant route is not an enterprise upsell. The capabilities that an IT buyer usually asks about, though, sit only in the Custom column: permissions, "Advanced security & compliance" with no standard named, and the uptime commitment.
Data handling is documented in unusual detail for a company this size
The privacy policy is more specific than most at this stage. It states that prospect records are the customer's responsibility as data controller, with toflow as processor, and names DPDP, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL as the laws the customer must have a basis under. It discloses that outbound emails carry a tracking pixel recording opens and timestamps, that those events are purged after 24 months, and that account and prospect data are deleted within 90 days of closure, with deletion requests actioned in 30 days. On model training the statement is short and unconditional: prospect data and conversation history are not used to train any models.
The gaps are the audit artefacts. No SOC 2 report, ISO certificate or data processing agreement is published, there is no documented workspace export, and no data region is named beyond AWS as the infrastructure provider. The policy also notes that an authorized AI tool receives read and write access to workspace CRM data and can send mail and messages through connected accounts, with revocation available in settings.
The company is a small Indian operator with named people
The legal entity is Toflow Labs Pvt. Limited, at Supremework, Eros City Square Mall, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana, with a +91 phone number. The grievance officer under India's DPDP Act is named in the privacy policy as Amit Kumar, Founder, with staffed hours of 10:00 to 18:00 IST on weekdays. No funding, headcount or founding date is published.
Evidence of traction is vendor-published: aggregate counters for messages sent, meetings booked and leads found, and testimonials from co-founders at RDash and SupplyNote with case study pages for RDash, CubeAPM and Landeed. The site also carries launch badges from several startup directories. No independent audit, review platform record or analyst coverage is linked.
Where it fits, and where it does not
It suits a small B2B outbound team that already works inside Claude or ChatGPT and wants sourcing, enrichment and sequencing behind one connector rather than three subscriptions. The channel mix (LinkedIn first, email second, WhatsApp as a paid add-on) points at markets where LinkedIn and WhatsApp carry outbound, which is consistent with the vendor's own base.
It fits badly in three cases. A buyer who must compare prices before a call cannot: there is no seat rate anywhere on the site. A buyer with procurement requirements will find no certification, no DPA and no SSO, with permissions and an SLA only on the quoted top tier. And a team relying on LinkedIn automation at volume takes on the platform risk the vendor itself flags: the pricing FAQ recommends starting conservatively and warming volume up gradually to avoid account restrictions.

What it costs to start
- What the price counts
- YesEvery plan is quoted rather than listed: Starter, Growth and Custom all read 'Contact us for pricing' with a 'Request Pricing' button, and seats carry monthly enrichment credit allowances with paid add-ons on top.toflow.ai/pricing
- Self-serve signup
- PartlyAll three plans route the buyer to sales rather than checkout: each card's only action is 'Request Pricing', with 'Book a Demo' repeated across the site, although an existing-customer login at app.toflow.ai exists.toflow.ai/pricing
- Cancel any time
- PartlyEither side can end the agreement whenever it likes, but money already paid does not come back, so canceling mid-cycle forfeits the remainder of the period rather than refunding it.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

What it works with
- Works with
- YesNamed connections include HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM sync, Gmail and Outlook for sending, LinkedIn and WhatsApp as channels, plus n8n, viaSocket, Attio, Pipedrive and RB2B; Salesforce and HubSpot sync is listed on all three plans.
toflow.ai integrates natively with HubSpot and Salesforce. Enriched contact data, outreach activity, and sequence engagement automatically sync to…
toflow.ai/integrations - Public API
- YesThe integrations FAQ states a REST API for custom integrations and 'API access' is listed on every plan card, though no public API reference is published: the docs route loads an empty tutorials page.
toflow.ai provides a REST API for custom integrations, and connects to 6,000+ apps via Zapier and Make.
toflow.ai/integrations - MCP server
- YesA hosted MCP server is the product's main surface: pasting one URL into Claude, ChatGPT or Codex settings lets the assistant prospect, enrich and run sequences, and the same connector is listed on every plan.
You paste the MCP server URL into your Claude or ChatGPT agent settings — that's the only technical step.
toflow.ai/connect-mcp
What it does on its own
- Acts on its own
- YesThe follow-up agent reads replies, classifies intent and sends the next message itself, and the prospecting agent keeps finding and enriching matching leads after a one-time ICP setup, with no per-step approval described.
Based on how a prospect replied, the agent picks the right follow-up and sends it automatically. No manual decisions, no delays, no leads going cold.
toflow.ai/follow-up-agent - Limits on what it may do
- PartlyRole and permission control is sold only on the quoted Custom plan; separately, any connected assistant's OAuth token can be revoked from workspace settings, which is an on-off switch rather than scoped limits.
Custom user roles & permissionsControl access across your entire sales org
toflow.ai/pricing - No code needed
- YesSetup is described as pasting one MCP URL into an assistant's settings, with lists, sequences and enrichment driven by plain-language prompts; the vendor states no engineering or integration team is needed.
No engineers. No integrations team. Paste one URL into your AI agent settings and toflow is ready.
toflow.ai/connect-mcp
What happens to your data
- No training on your data
- YesThe vendor states flatly that neither prospect data nor conversation history trains any model, and the claim is unconditional rather than tied to a plan or a setting a buyer has to find.
toflow.ai does not use your prospect data or conversation history to train any models.
toflow.ai/connect-mcp - Retention you control
- PartlyRetention periods are published per data type and deletion requests are actioned in 30 days, but the periods are fixed by the vendor: email open events sit for 24 months and billing records for seven years, with no customer-set window.
Email tracking events — open events and timestamps are retained for 24 months from the date the email was sent, then automatically purged
toflow.ai/privacy
Whether a company can buy it
- Security audits
- PartlyThe privacy policy names DPDP, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL, but frames them as the customer's obligation as controller of prospect records, with toflow as processor; it offers no DPA to sign.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid legal basis under applicable privacy laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023…
toflow.ai/privacy - Uptime promise
- PartlyA written uptime and response-time commitment exists only on the quoted Custom plan; the terms of service otherwise supply the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis with no availability promise.
