Rogo is best for finance teams who need grounded AI to produce client-ready work and automate deal workflows.

What it does

Rogo is an AI platform sold to investment banks, private equity firms and hedge funds, built around an agentic assistant called Felix. It combines LLM-based research and drafting (comp analyses, company profiles, meeting prep, CIMs, news runs) with data integrations across LSEG, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, Preqin, Dow Jones Newswires and Quartr, plus a firm's own internal documents. Rather than betting on one foundation model, Rogo lets customers toggle between OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models underneath the same interface — useful for firms wary of over-committing to a single AI vendor while the field is still moving. In August 2026 it acquired Rivanna, adding AI-native due-diligence and data-room analysis (branded 'Rogo Deal Room'), and in March 2026 it acquired Offset, whose agents work inside Excel financial models rather than just generating output externally.

Traction and funding

Rogo has raised more than $300M across five rounds: an $18.5M Series A (Khosla Ventures, Oct 2024), $50M Series B (Thrive Capital, Apr 2025), $75M Series C (Sequoia Capital, Jan 2026), and a $160M Series D led by Kleiner Perkins that closed April 29, 2026 (source: PR Newswire release, prnewswire.com/news-releases/rogo-raises-160m-series-d-to-scale-the-agentic-platform-for-finance-302756546.html). Bloomberg reporting (via Financial Advisor magazine, fa-mag.com, citing 'people familiar with the matter') puts the Series D valuation at $2 billion, up from $750 million three months earlier — a figure not confirmed on Rogo's own site, so treat it as reported rather than official. The company's own Series D announcement states more than 35,000 financial professionals at 250+ institutions use the platform, and names Rothschild & Co, Jefferies, Lazard, Moelis and Nomura as customers; Bloomberg's reporting additionally names JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Singapore's GIC as clients, though those four are sourced to unnamed people rather than confirmed on the record by Rogo or the banks themselves.

Security and compliance disclosure

Rogo publishes an unusually detailed public trust center (trust.rogo.ai, powered by SafeBase) listing SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (AI management systems), GDPR, CCPA, an EU AI Act compliance page, and a VPAT for accessibility. It lists named subprocessors (OpenAI, Datadog, Cloudflare, Auth0/Okta, AWS) and offers downloadable pentest reports, a data-flow diagram, and a policy book to prospects who request access. The vendor states it does not train models on customer data and offers single-tenant deployment options. This is a materially more complete security disclosure than most AI startups in this stage/size bracket, which matters for buyers in a regulated industry.

Pricing

Rogo publishes no pricing anywhere on its site. There is no free tier, no 'from $X' figure, and no self-serve signup — every path (the homepage CTA, the demo page, the pricing question) routes to 'Request a Demo.' This is consistent with an enterprise-only, negotiated-contract sales model aimed at investment banks and PE/hedge fund firms, and it means a prospective buyer cannot get even a ballpark cost without engaging sales.

What's not independently verifiable

Rogo's Series A announcement (Oct 2024) claimed the platform was '2.42x more accurate than ChatGPT for finance using Patronus AI's FinanceBench evaluation' and '1.8x more accurate... using the FreshLLMs dataset' — these are vendor-run benchmarks from over a year ago, not independently reproduced, and Rogo's own site does not repeat or update them elsewhere. We could not find independent third-party reviews (G2's review page returned a 403 to both direct fetch and a proxy; no reviews turned up in available search) or independent press coverage assessing product accuracy, hallucination rate, or user satisfaction at scale — coverage found was funding-announcement and business-model reporting (Bloomberg/FA-mag, Yahoo Finance, MSN/Insider on the 'young bankers joining AI startups instead of banking' trend), not hands-on product evaluation.

Editor's read

Check whether your team needs single-tenant deployment and granular permissions before rollout. Those controls are part of the platform's enterprise setup, so they matter most for firms with strict infrastructure and access requirements.
